Terms of Use

1. Subscriptions

• Plans: Diet, Basic and Pro, billed monthly. The price for your country is shown in your local currency on the App Store and in the app
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically every month. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date
• You can cancel or change plans in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. After you cancel, you can keep using it until the end of the current period
• Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com)
• New subscribers can try it free for 1 week. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the monthly price of the plan you chose is charged

2. Usage limits

Each plan has a number of uses per feature. Daily uses refill at midnight Korea time (UTC+9), weekly uses every week and monthly uses every month. To prevent abnormal use, we may set a cap on monthly usage.

3. AI results

• Meal analysis and workout recommendations are reference information based on general guidelines. They don’t replace a medical diagnosis, treatment or a professional’s advice
• Photo analysis can be wrong. Check it before you save, and fix it and re-analyze if needed
• If you feel pain or anything unusual, stop exercising and talk to a professional

4. Prohibited use

Calling the Ristamo server from outside the app, trying to get around usage limits, or using AI features for purposes other than Ristamo’s is prohibited. If we confirm such use, we may restrict subscription features.

5. Changes to the service

If the AI features or usage limits change, we’ll let you know 7 days before the change takes effect. If a change is unfavorable to you, we’ll tell you in advance so you can cancel before your next renewal.
